Recently the Tunisian Ministry of Agriculture published the ICEA authorization to certify  in Tunisia (http://www.ctab.nat.tn/organis.htm).

Tunisia obtained in the last months to be recognised as in equivalence to the EU Reg 834/2007 for the local legislation about production and control in organic agriculture (law n. 99-30 of April, 5 1999).
 
Actually there are 5 authorised Certification Bodies in Tunisia: ICEA, BCS, EcoCert, IMC and Lacon.
